All domestic orders in Australia valued over $35 qualify for free standard delivery. International purchases ranging from $50 and above will also benefit from free standard shipping.
Handling times
Your purchase will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days of placement.

To stay updated with the delivery of your earplugs, please use the tracking number which was supplied to you after the order was fulfilled by SoundBuds.
Where will my order be dispatched from?
Orders to Australia & New Zealand are fulfilled domestically by our team in Australia. International purchases will be dispatched from our global partners for a quicker delivery time-frame and more cost effective service.
Signature on delivery
Orders placed with a standard shipping service will not require you to sign in for the delivery of your ear protection. For most express services, some freight carriers will advise you to be present when the order arrives at it’s final destination.
Order delays
Your order may be subject to delays due to the pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances. If the item(s) you have purchased have not been delivered in time, please let our friendly know about this as soon as possible so we investigate with the nominated carrier.
My Soundbuds were damaged in transit
If your order was damaged in transit, Sounbuds will provide you with a replacement option or a full refund. For “damaged” claims, please forward your order details along with relevant photos to help@mysoundbuds.com.
My country does not show up at checkout

Please allow up to 4-7 working days for standard shipping or 1-4 days for express services. For New Zealand, please add an additional 1-2 working days to that estimate.
